ART SCHOOL
Alain Nortjé, a qualified art lecturer (Ba Ed Fine Arts, UP) has been presenting morning and evevning art classes for adults at his Alain's Art Studio, situated at 138 Willem Bothastr., Wierdapark for the past 10 years.
He says: "My main aim with each new student is to unleash his/her own hidden creativity and to teach them to integrate form, perspective, colour and painting techniques into creating a completely original work of art. All media are explored: from drawing, watercolour, acrylic and oil painting to print making. All of this happens in a completely relaxed, well organised studio and provides a therapeutic, creative getaway from home once a week!".
